This issue’s feature is the excellent article, Understanding US Hispanic Language Preferences, written by BMA Colorado member Laura Sonderup of Heinrich Hispanidad, a Denver Hispanic Marketing and Advertising Agency. Laura points out the need to know which Hispanic audience you are speaking to as there is first generation in the U.S. that want all Spanish, second generation the will use Spanish and English and English and third generation that want all English, plus those that prefer Spanglish.
