BMA CareerLink Job Listings Now Posted on LinkedIn for BMA Members
Finding career, internship and project opportunities has just been made easier for BMA members - thanks to a new online venue for CareerLink. Now, BMA Colorado CareerLink opportunities can be viewed on LinkedIn, the prominent business networking site that boasts more than 47 million users in 200+ countries.
“LinkedIn is an effective way for us to get information to members through a Web network they prefer,” says Tom Schippert, CareerLink Chair for BMA Colorado. “With so many BMA Colorado folks using LinkedIn, we find that making CareerLink jobs accessible adds solid value for our membership - especially when they can review the newest, most relevant job opportunities in mediums that suit them best.”
BMA Colorado CareerLink listings are only available for free to BMA members - whether accessed through LinkedIn, the BMA Colorado.org Web site, or from RSS feeds. (The BMA Colorado LinkedIn organizational page is also “member access only.’’) However, basic LinkedIn.com membership is free.
To access this member service, simply go to LinkedIn.com and request to join the BMA Colorado group. Once you are accepted, you can check out the BMA page ‘jobs’ tab where CareerLink listings appear.
Non-members can access CareerLink for a fee through the BMA Colorado Web site www.bmacolorado.org.
Once members have connected to LinkedIn and searched CareerLink - they’ll want to explore the many updates, entries, comments and networking information that is actively being shared on the BMA Colorado LinkedIn home page.
