BMA Education coordinates all BMA Colorado educational programs, including the well-attended evening meetings, roundtables, webinars, and seminars. We recently formed a new committee who's singular focus is on professional development. The International BMA board of directors made the decision to discontinue the Certified Business Communicator program. Keep tuned. All BMA Educational programs are posted on this website.
Professional Development to Fit Your Work Schedule
As working professionals, we want and need flexible continuing education options that fit into our busy work and family schedules. To that end, BMA Colorado has created strategic alliances with two local universities to serve our members’ professional development needs: Jones International University and the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver. Both offer a robust variety of professional development opportunities, whether custom corporate, certificate, or master’s programs.
Jones International University offers a 10% tuition scholarship to BMA Colorado members for all courses. The first fully online, accredited university, JIU offers undergraduate and graudate degrees and a wide range of embedded certificate programs in business administration, marketing, and business communications. Recommended programs for BMA members are: Master of Arts in Business Communication (MABC), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and several courses offered in an 8-week format specifically focused on the education needs of BMA members.
