This workshop is designed to help you recognize and overcome hurdles to implementing marketing automation technology. It is geared towards people and organizations who aren’t already using marketing automation software, or who are new to it and want to ensure success with it.Marketing automation is the new black, but not every organization is ready for it. How can you tell if yours is? What should you be thinking about when considering the shift from simple email marketing to marketing automation?

If you Google “marketing automation fail” you will find plenty of stories about companies who implemented marketing automation but weren’t able to see success or get results from their use of the software. Why is it that some organizations can’t live without it and some don’t realize the benefits?

In the workshop we will cover:

  • How to determine if your organization is ready for marketing automation.
  • What changes your organization can initiate to become ready.
  • How to address some of the common hurdles to implementing marketing automation technology.

Through an examination of example B2B use cases we will collaboratively discuss the challenges faced by organizations who aren’t quite ready for successful marketing automation adoption and come up with solutions to overcome many common hindrances. If you’re debating about marketing automation this is a workshop you shouldn’t miss.
