BMA/DU Marketing Roundtable December Breakfast: Get Behind the Wheel: New Techniques for Driving Customer Loyalty

InfoPrint, an IBM | Ricoh joint ventureWith the tug-of-war many companies face today over marketing budget and resources, value-add programs are capturing more attention. InfoPrint has successfully put together a data-driven marketing program that integrates both online and offline efforts to create a unified look, feel and message for their customers. Different from customer segmenting, data-driven marketing gives B2B marketers the ability to deliver more meaningful and relevant messages that grow loyalty and continue to drive brand awareness. The result? InfoPrint’s customers such as Sinclair Oil and CSG are experiencing phenomenal results that start at 25% improved response and up.

Whether you’re a blue chip firm, a medium-sized company or soloprenuer, now’s the time to learn how to integrate data-driven marketing through both online and offline marketing techniques. Attendees will learn:

  • Best practices for improving marketing ROI/ROMI
  • Ideas and examples for integrating online and offline marketing
  • Real-world proof points that show how to use new tactics to generate incremental revenue
