Breakfast Roundtable: Crisis Management Within the Press

From the extensive experience John Tracy has in dealing with the media for several nationally recognized organizations as well as being on the forefront in the news, he will present information on defending an organization facing a public challenge to its reputation.

Attendees will leave with an understanding of:

•What defines a crisis in your organization
•Universal steps to take in a crisis

John will also give examples of crises well handled and not well handled, plus examples crises he has handled.

He will also ask for examples of a crisis your company has faced. But don’t tell how you solved it right away. They will open up the room to discussions on how others in attending would have handled the crises in your examples. Then we'll find out how it actually ended up.

This will be a very interactive, engaging session.
