Building a Better Team - How to Assess & Improve Team Dynamics

Every year, the pressure for marketing teams to perform significantly increases. With more programs, campaigns, measurement and expectations, how does a team get ahead of the curve and really drive results?

The answer does not solely tie to the mechanics and the work for the marketing department, but in the performance of the team itself. How the marketing team is organized, motivated and aligned with strategic goals directly impacts the success (or failure) for the year.

The good news is that you don’t need to be an Organizational Development or HR leader to build a high-performance team. In fact, many of the skills to do just that are right at your fingertips! Join Ken Giffin, Founder and Marketing Leadership Consultant with Corporate Path Leadership as he shares his success working with marketing and sales teams for over 20 years. He will walk through simple steps that you can take as a team member or leader to build a high-performing team from inside the marketing organization.

You will walk away from the 90-minute session with a checklist of tangible activities (and some practice) for implementation with your own teams. Don’t miss this opportunity to stretch your marketing leadership skills and bring exercises and knowledge back to apply to your marketing organization.
