Kate McDaniel's Case Study: BeMerrySanta Goes Social
We want to use social media to build our brand with our mall-operator partners around the country. Oh, and by the way, we want to own the voice of Santa online, too!.....so said Judy Noerr, founder and owner of The Noerr Programs, to Jeff Cohn, CEO of Cohn Marketing.

And so began a conversation between Noerr and Cohn which resulted in the creation of comprehensive social media program that successfully shifted Noerr's relationship with its largest client, Simon Property Group, from photo vendor to strategic partner, while capturing the voice of Santa online.

In Kate's case study, she will reveal the integrated agency's approach to development and execution of the program, highlighting best practices and key results.

Key takeaways: Learn how to engage with your audience beyond your Facebook wall; see how social media can be relevant for B2B and B2C segments

How does the Denver Cupcake Truck apply social media best practices to create a sustained excitement and high level of customer engagement? What other factors contribute to their phenomenal growth? You will be introduced to both the wins and lessons learned after one year of celebrity success, marketing online via social media.
