Oversees the timely and thorough execution of all chapter activities. Communicates chapter news to local and national officers, board members and the membership-at-large on a regular basis. Chairs monthly board of directors and chapter membership meetings. Establishes the chapter operating budget and oversees expenditures.

Provides advice and counsel to the current chapter President and Board of Directors.

Assists the chapter President.

Produce and distribute the minutes of the monthly chapter board of directors.

Responsible for the payment, recording and reporting of all chapter finance activities.

This committee produces all aspects of BMA Colorado's annual awards event: site selection, event promotion, award criteria, award judging, event planning, and event setup.

Responsible for coordinating chapter dinner meetings, seminars/workshops, and roundtable programs except for the Gold Key awards banquet and the WinterFest auction, which are managed by their respective chairpersons. This committee develops the programming plan, coordinates program publicity, handles meeting logistics and makes guest speaker travel arrangements.

Responsible for keeping the content on BMA Colorado's Web site fresh and up-to-date. The committee also discusses new content ideas and technology alternatives to better serve its target audiences.

Responsible for planning and coordinating many aspects of this chapter fundraising event, including direct mail, surveys, event planning, donation solicitation, onsite assistance, and graphic design.
Golf Tournament- Winston, Jason
Responsible for coordinating the annual golf tournament.
