Numerous changes in CareerLink make it easier to use than before.

  • Listings can now be formatted for easier viewing and reading. This feature is currently limited to those using Microsoft Explorer 4.0 and above on a PC. Support for other platforms and browsers will be added later.
  • Non-members can now pay for their listings with credit card through our secure online payment system when they create their listing
  • Users can edit and update their listings
  • Passwords are automatically assigned to non-member paid users for easy access to the system

Job Seekers: How to Post a New Candidate Summary

Submit an electronic summary of your resume via the Post A Candidate link on the navigation menu.

Non-members can pay for your listing online with your credit card through our secure online payment system. After your listing has been reviewed and posted to the site, you will receive your password via e-mail, which will allow you to sign in as a Non-Member CareerLink User on the log-in page.

Your Summary of Qualifications will then be included in the online CareerLink database for review by potential employers. BMA Colorado members or non-members who purchased a CareerLink listing will be able to contact you directly by e-mail to express their interest. Your e-mail address, however, always remains anonymous. Your confidentiality is assured. Your personal contact information cannot be accessed at any time.

Your qualifications will remain online for four months. After that time, we will contact you to see if you still wish to remain active in CareerLink. Please let us know when you locate a new position so we can remove your candidate summary from our database.

Employers: How to Post a New Job Opening or Contact Candidates

Non-members can pay for your listing online with your credit card through our secure online payment system. After your listing has been reviewed and posted to the site, you will receive your password via e-mail, which will allow you to sign in as a Non-Member CareerLink User on the log-in page.

Please let us know when you fill the position so we can remove it from our database. Your job posting will remain active for two months or until you fill the position, whichever comes first.

If you are interested in a particular candidate and are a BMA-Colorado Member or non-members who purchased a CareerLink listing, you may respond directly to the candidate's summary of qualifications electronically.

Editing Existing Listings

You may edit your existing listing. Log in using your member number or CareerLink user number, select your job to edit, click on “Edit This Posting”, then make the necessary changes. If you cannot edit online, submit your changes to marilee@bmacolorado.org.

Monitor new postings via RSS

BMA Colorado offers two RSS feeds within CareerLink. These feeds are updated immediately as job postings and candidates are posted in the system. Subscribe today to keep up to date.
