Tools for Managing Multiple Vendor Partners

With so many marketing tactics in today’s mix, many organizations are outsourcing work to multiple agencies and partners. As the vendor matrix becomes more complex, establishing rules of engagement, formulating communication plans and setting clear expectations can mean a world of difference in program or campaign efficiency and success.

As a digital marketing agency, 90octane knows what it’s like to collaborate with clients, traditional agencies, PR agencies, media reps and a host of other parties. Let’s share our knowledge at this breakfast roundtable, and talk through some scenarios that will help us all:

  • structure partner meetings
  • project plan
  • ensure effective communication
  • resolve conflicts

Whether you work for a company that currently outsources work, for an organization considering partnering with outside agencies, or for a service provider, we all share a common goal – business growth through successful marketing strategy and execution.

Note: BMA roundtables include continental breakfast, and they are limited to a small group of participants in order to promote interactive discussion.
