We’ll also discuss managing difficult bosses and manipulative peers. And finally, we’ll talk about how to become more visible within your company so that you are able to influence your career progression and spend less time devoted to internal battles.

Kate Culligan

Kate is a survivor! As a former marketing director at one of the largest media companies in the country, Kate was on the frontlines of the economic turmoil of mergers and acquisitions. Surviving these transitions became a learning experience in how to make change more manageable on the personal and the corporate level. What Kate learned from both the tumultuous corporate days and graduate work, laid the foundation of Kate's work with organizational leaders, managers, and individuals.

Kate is a certified administrator of Myers-Briggs and Strong Assessments. She has over 100 hours of certified training through the Coaches Training Institute.  She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and a Master's in Organizational Performance from Colorado State University.
