Implementing Agile Marketing in Your Business: Benefits and Approaches

Agile: “Characterized by quickness, lightness, and ease of movement; nimble.”

In today’s ever changing world of marketing, being agile is a crucial part to any business’s success. Agile marketing adapts management methodologies from agile software and applies them to marketing teams. It is gaining a tremendous amount of momentum especially in B2B organizations for several reasons. By making marketing more customer-focused and by having the ability to measure marketing projects more quickly, marketers are able to adapt their programs and tactics to begin producing results sooner.

Key takeaways from this roundtable include:

  • What is Agile like for marketing programs?
  • What is different from traditional marketing programs and agile marketing programs?
  • How can you institute an agile approach to marketing in your organization?
  • How do you measure success when in an agile mode?

Continental breakfast included in registration.
