Duane Ciacco

Drawing from his extensive marketing background, Duane provides strategic thinking and account planning to Moxie’s clients. He has worked on national marketing campaigns as part of TCI Corporate Marketing, including direct mail, broadcast commercials, print advertising and sweepstakes. As an Account Manager for Showtime Networks, Duane provided sales and marketing support to several key clients.  He spent close to four years with BVP Media as their Account Director, building the account team and securing several new clients. Duane earned his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Fine Art from the University of Denver.

Mike Schrader
President & Creative Director, Moxie CCA

Mike Schrader began working in television and film in 1979. He produced programs on a wide range of topics – everything from nuclear weapons production to the legendary Pikes Peak Hill Climb. As a freelance producer, Mike helped create television programs, broadcast news stories, and strategic corporate communications for many of the nation's top organizations including: ESPN, ESPN 2, NBC News, MTV, CBS News, America's Most Wanted, The Today Show, Dateline, and many others.

As Executive Vice President for Production and Creative Director at BVP Media, Mike managed creative teams for clients such as: DIRECTV, AT&T, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Universal Technical Institute, Lucent Technologies, CoBank, Corporate Express, Qwest, CSG, and Johns Manville.

In 2003, Mike acquired the BVP Media business and, along with the talented creative team from BVP formed an exciting new venture: Moxie Media Group. Moxie Media Group quickly established itself as a premier media production organization, serving clients nationwide.

In 2011 Mike and the Moxie team rebranded the business to better reflect the company’s increased emphasis on strategic, campaign driven communications. The company name was changed to Moxie Creative Communications Agency or, Moxie CCA. Today, the Moxie CCA team creates award winning marketing communications and campaigns for broadcast and corporate clients utilizing high definition video, interactive and print technologies.
